Customer Service was great. I purchased Shutters for 4 of windows. Shanta provided excellent customer service when arranging for my in-home consultation throughout the whole process. Vikki was amazing and really knows her stuff. She provided amazing service from the consultation to resolution. Although there was a small hiccup the issue was resolved quickly. Milton Blinds definitely puts their customers first. The installers arrived on time and installation went smoothly. I will definitely be using Milton Blinds for other window coverings in my home. I will also recommend them to family and friends. The Shutters look great.
