Shawn installed a tankless water heater for us and was punctual, produced quality work and was very professional. He worked significant overtime to make my timelines at no extra costs. Shawn did accidentally break some glass and fixed the glass for free and very quickly. I would highly recommend Shawn.

Shawn was recommended to me by another contractor to repair my gas fireplace and to clean my furnace. Unfortunately, Shawn could not replicate the gas fireplace issue I was experiencing despite testing all of the components. Other individuals might have suggested we replace the sensor or two to ensure the problem never occurred again. I contacted At Home Heating to install a gas line for a new gas stove. Within 24 hours a technician (Shawn) came to my home, assessed the situation and gave me a quote. During the assessment Shawn gave me great maintenance tips and explained what he had to do. Shawn returned after the stove was delivered, installed the line and tested everything. Shawn was professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend At Home Heating for their services both Shawn and Meredith (Operations Manager) were great to work with.

Shawn was awesome! After four attempts of leaving messages for gas fitters, I called my Home Inspector and was given Shawn's name. He called me back promptly. He explained everything prior starting the job and returned the next day. Not only did he install the gas line and proper venting but he corrected a couple of mistakes done by the builder [he did not charge me extra] The job is very neat and clean. Being in the service industry myself, I was impressed with the service received from Shawn and will definitely recommend him to my own clients and anyone who asks. If anything goes wrong with my furnace or air conditioning I will be calling Shawn!
