Thermostat replaced. Boiler started to buzz!

Follow Up:
Two different technicians came - able to lower the buzzing sounds and the frequencies of buzzing free of charge.

Basement heat has restored. Flushed 3 zones and checked boiler on November 7 this year.

Back from Calgary mid November and noticed the Boiler buzzes quite loud when the flames turn on, especially early morning or in the evening. I have called the service technician a few time. He did come back one afternoon, but the boiler was not buzzing at the time. I showed him my recordings. He then asked me to video tape the boiler when it buzzes and send 2 videos to him. I did. with no response for another few days, I called him this afternoon. He said he can come back with another staff, but will charge me accordingly. As a 70 year old senior, this unexpected expense would be too much.

I have researched your company and the ratings are quite high. I would appreciate it if another technician can come to fix the buzzing which was not there before your service. Hope to hear from your company professional soon

This lady hired somebody installed the boiler without city permit. Based on the city rule and regulation, the furnace is not allowed to installed in her house situation.
Also, due to the unprofessional work and wrong parts, the boiler did not work in the tenant area, which was the area she complained about the buzzing noise.
She called Maple Furnace. One of our technician went there and fixed the problem to make the area having heat. After 2-3 weeks, she called again saying she heard the noise. The technician went back to check for free, but no any noise at that time. She then send a video and saying the noise was usually come out in the morning. The technician also told her again that her boiler was not up to standard code, and the noise was not related to our work.
Later, she called again to request the technician inspect for her again. She even said she would put a bad review if the technician did not go.
Actually, the technician did not reject her and was planning to check for her again. However, She put this review already!
