We needed to repair an outdoor electrical conduit. Although Home-Pro Electric could not do a free estimate, the attention to customer service reassured me that I would not regret hiring them do the work. Diane and Brian were very prompt and accommodating in arranging for a date and time when the work could be done. Tim and Shaun arrived as booked. They were both very professional and willing to answer questions before and during their work. I was pleased with their job that I have Home-Pro Electric returning to do more work.

A very reputable mover had moved me recently. One of their staff members after my move on his own time, had been an enormous help, doing everything from hanging curtains to repairing a desk. I had him install ceiling fans but after they stopped working twice, wisdom kicked in , and I felt it was a time, to seek out a licensed electrician. But where was I to find one? In searching the internet I found Home-Pro Electric. Customer reviews said it all !!!The name says every bit of it: from the initial set-up of appointment, to the sincere call announcing the technician's arrival from office staff, to the professional but friendly technician, to the printed billing send immediately to your e-mail. It was a very minor adjustment , but now I have peace of mind that the wiring on the ceiling fans is looked at by those who are licensed to do so. Content insurance stipulations are now covered , and as will the property management can rest at ease. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! Home-Pro , you're the Best!!

I had Home Pro Electric out of KW come to my home to remove and install a chandelier in 17 ft. foyer, as well as a new ceiling fan/light in my kitchen area. I knew up front what the job would cost with no surprises. The kitchen fan/light required a new ceiling box which the tech had on his truck. Found the tech to be very courteous and professional and cleaned up the small amount of mess that was made during the install. Would use their services again and would recommend them to family, friends and neighbours.

A couple of our major appliances stopped working and, after consulting with an appliance repairman, it was determined that the appliances were fine and we had an electrical issue.

We called Home-Pro Electric and they were available immediately to come assess the problem. Brian quickly determined that the outlets in both kitchens (main floor and basement apartment) were wired incorrectly. He fixed them all in about 30 minutes and all appliances were up and running again.

Also, Brian answered the many questions we had regarding future electrical projects we were planning. Whenever we need help with more electrical work, we'll definitely be calling this company again.
