Poor workmanship. Poor attitude. Not a professional. He did not really listen to what we wanted. He pushed his own agenda. He was rude to my wife and talked down to her like she was stupid.

What could this company do to improve their services?: I think he should retire.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Don't use this company.
