Elite Team Home Inspections

We recently purchased a home and needed a home inspector, which responsibility we had left to our agent. Our agent contacted Michael Tita from Light House Inspections, and aren't we glad about that...Michael was more than thorough, very professional and knew his job completely. He took a good 3 hours to do the job perfectly and we were very impressed with his approach and findings. We were present with Michael all along and observed how closely he looked at every aspect of the house. His findings helped us discover defects in the house that we had not thought of on our own.
