We had purchased a used motorhome and the flooring needed to be fixed, Jodi worked with us to select an awesome vinyl plank that worked with the new colors we were using. Chateau was the last stop after a very long day of shopping at other flooring stores in Calgary and Airdrie and no one seemed really interested in our project. Jodi was helpful, excited about the project, explained the process thoroughly, was very knowledgeable about all the products, trims and glue necessary for a successful installation. Everything turned out beautifully and the old flooring was taken out and the new vinyl plank was installed over a weekend. Everything ran on time and on budget. We couldn’t be happier!

We did a full house reno and Chateau did all the carpet and hardwood refinishing on 3 floors and the tiling of 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. They also did all the flooring at our cabin reno. The work was completed on time as scheduled, done beautifully and Jodi was excellent at showing me new samples and giving ideas. If I had another house to do I would use them for sure !

I have to write and thank Chateau Flooring for their excellent customer service and Flooring installation. I can't remember when we have been so impressed with a company, the owners and staff.
Jodi and Wendy were knowledgable on product, pricing, colours, durability and answered all of our questions and concerns.
Jodi was prompt and efficient with following up either with a call or email.
Daryl and Doot came out to complete the install at our cottage.
I honestly can't say enough about Daryl (part owner/installer). He put in long hard days and did such an ourstanding job of the installation. This team went above and beyond in every way to ensure we more than satisfied and happy from beginning to end.

Chateau Flooring (specifically Jodi) provided incredible customer service from beginning to end. Everything she promised was completed, and with professionalism and accountability. And every email or text we sent, she was quick to reply. Fabulous communication with Chateau / Jodi. On the day of install, the Installer (Paul, such a super funny guy) was on time and incredibly efficient! Jodi also processed billing exactly as explained – and there were no surprises anywhere. She even followed up with a call to ensure we were happy with our new luxurious carpet. We would definitely recommend Chateau Flooring!
