We undertook a major home renovation and needed new windows for the front house. Alex from New Look was wonderful to work with and he made the entire process easy for us . His professionalism was welcomed and he responded to all of our questions and concerns promptly and positively. He worked miracles to ensure that our windows would meet our tight timelines. The installers Roman and Ivan were great as well and managed to install all of our windows in one day. We are extremely happy with our choice to work with New Look and recommend them highly.

We replaced front door last year with New Look windows & doors.We were very satisfied with the workmanship and product that was provided by New Look and decided to use them for replacement our windows.Excellent customer service and follow-up. Installers arrived promptly, worked efficiently and courteous. All areas of installation was left tidy and clean. Windows are beautiful! Lovely door - have received many compliments. Definitely adds curb appeal to our home. I got New Look to change all the windows in my home . Once I signed the contract, an installer came to take custom measurements. On the installation day the installers showed up around 8:30am and worked like crazy until about 6. They where done in one day, which was a nice surprise.The windows look great, a great quality product at a competitive price (we had other quotes). I would defiantly recomend New Look to others.

We needed to replace all windows and front door in our home.New look came in, were very professional and friendly, explained the process to us, went through their catalogue with us, and came up with the best solutions to replace our old windows and door with new ones. We had other companies come in and not one of them could compete with New Look for service, price, and solid windows and doors for our home.WE are beyond grateful for their great service and awesome crew who did a fantastic job. The house is wonderfully warm and cozy now,didn't want to put back my old shutters and the front door is a conversation piece in my neighborhood. We were so impressed with sales rep that we immediately gave him our business. He's sincere, professional and trustworthy.On installation day the door was installed by two of New Look staff who were courteous and friendly. Everything was in place within hours. We LOVE our new door and highly recommend New Look to anyone.

We had dealt with a very polite knowledgeable sales rep Alex who had presented my wife and I with numerous styles and colors we didn't even know were possible for our home. We had originally had our minds set on a certain look for our home, from looking at the options presented by two other companies, but once we were shown what we could do we were convinced we needed to re-think our choices. We had settled on something completely different from our original plans.. As for the installation team of New Look I don't believe I could say one negative thing about them, the pair were as polite and professional as the salesman we had dealt with, meticulous, neat, and very creative when it came time to face the challenging tasks of the not so straight forward trim work which was required inside the house," job well done guys " hopefully we do more business in future.
