I was very pleased with their service and the installation of windows and door was done to my complete satisfaction and they were bang on target as promised.

We replaced all the windows and doors in the house. New look windows and doors did not dissapoint. For the estimate they came to our house with all the different options and provided photos for all. This made our decision making easier. New look came to the house for installation exactly when they said they would and the team even finished installing everything a day early. Friendly crew, and they cleaned up everything and took away all the garbage. My wife and I would recommend new look windows and doors to anyone looking to upgrade in this area.

It all started with Jim explaining the pros and cons of window selections. I met with 3 more contractors to compare products, pricing and warranty, and he’s the one who eventually got the nod being easy to deal with. The installers completed the main door and the side door plus 7 windows in a day! Work was neat. They’re just fast and efficient.

After we renovated our basement, we called them again to replace the remaining 2 windows without hesitation. I highly recommend this company.

Said it would be 4 to 6 weeks...received email in 4 days confirming a install date the following week. installers arrived at 12 noon and were finished by 2pm...I had my door installed within 2 weeks. Installers were very clean and did an excellent job. I will use this company again in the future.

Great job on the windows and doors.. I had issues with the side door and they came and honoured their warranty and went above and beyond my expectations.

Fantastic experience with this company from start to finish! The sales manager, Alex, was the most personable and accommodating individual we encountered while receiving estimates and throughout the whole process. New Look Windows and Doors had the best selection of products and more colour choices than any other company. Bonus - installation actually occurred ahead of the estimated timeline. The installers came on time as promised and did a wonderful job. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and were immaculate at cleaning up afterwards. We couldn't be happier with the products or with the whole process overall, and have received numerous comments already about how great the windows and doors look. We chose New Look last year, to do our upper level windows. I’ve waited a year to leave this review as I wanted to ensure we were still satisfied, after having gone through all seasons. Alex is a professional, answered all our questions promptly. There was a small mix up and the wrong windows were delivered (wrong grilles) but within hours, Alex personally delivered the correct windows and installation was completed same day. We were so impressed by the services provided and the reasonable cost, so we used New Look again this spring to replace our living room picture window. Very happy and we have referred New Look to several neighbours already.

From the time Alex came to do the initial sales from the time the installers clean up their area. The company were outstanding. I would recommend this company to all my friends

Was given a few pieces of trim that i won't be able to use but that aside is a minor detail.
It's the second time we use Alex's company and we would call him again if need be.
