I had an issue they are currently rectifying. The manager seemed keen to fix the current problem. I have hopes they will live up to their, and my, standards.

Taken advantage of - Awful experience
Worst experience I have ever had regarding an issue in my home. Was charged $129.00 for “Gas Fireplace Service” which consisted of the technician removing the stone logs and vacuuming around the area. Needed the Thermopile replaced which cost $119.00 for the part and $109.00 for the labour (Total of $374.85 after tax) - all work was completed in under 30 minutes. I questioned the cost of the part and was assured that was the going rate for thermopiles.
A year and two weeks later the thermopile stopped working. When I called to get a replacement I was told it had been over a year and they would NOT replace it free of charged. I went to a hardware store, bought the part and installed it myself in less than 15 minutes.
It was an expensive price to pay to learn a tough lesson about owning a home - I felt completely taken advantage of. I wish I had known about the Better Business Bureau at the time.
