The Furnace technician was on time; polite, businesslike , fast and efficient. He fixed an 'extra thing' which was to check out my thermostat, which had not been working for over 6 weeks. It need batteries !! which I had, and now I am very happy !!!!
It was handy to be able to pay by VISA machine.
