First time with Pro Ace Heating and Air Conditioning and I was very Satisfied. I was expecting to have some issues to get an appointment on time but it was completely the opposite. They fitted me in on a schedule right away.
My A/C and my Fireplace were not working at all and they fixed them right away. The technician was super friendly and professional. The cost was fair and service was excellent. After he left, I received a call from Pro Ace to find out if everything was ok with the service and the lady on the phone was very polite and friendly. She explained me everything about my warranty and other stuff. Definitely recommended. Ref #96069
