We did a lot of research before deciding to go with SG3 Security for our home alarm system. George came out and provided a detailed estimate and made some great suggestions that would actually saved us money. We felt he truly cared about and took into account our security needs. He puts a very high value on customer service and has always been prompt to answer our calls or any questions we have had. The cost of the installation and monitoring fees are more than reasonable. Knowing that someone local is there to answer your call and/or questions is very important to us. We have had our service in place for more than 6 months and are very pleased with the customer service, the system and the monitoring.. We highly recommend SG3 for your home security needs.

George is fantastic!
I was concerned about my home security as my previous system had been malfunctioning and the service I had received was less than satisfactory.
George came to my home to assess my needs and immediately noted a number of things that the previous company had done that compromised my home security.
He showed me innovative solutions that met my needs and exceeded my expectation.
When he came to install he had already pre-programmed my system so that install would be quick as he had seen where the sensors would be required.
Service has been great and I no longer have to worry about whether my system is working properly.
He made everything easy on me and I appreciate that since it isn't my area of expertise... it is his!

I arrived home last night to find that a power outage had caused my home security system to malfunction and a VERY loud alarm was blaring throughout my house. I couldn't shut the alarm siren off and the company allegedly responsible for the system was no help. After more than an hour and a half, two calls to the alarm company and no return call or visit from their technician, I thought the noise was going to drive me insane. In desperation, I started Googling to try to find some help and came across this website. I read the comparative reviews and ended up cold-calling SG3 as a result. I didn't have much hope, but a very helpful man named George talked me down from my initial idea of solving the problem with a crowbar and then walked me through bypassing the system to turn the alarm off. Today, George showed up promptly after I got home from work, repaired the system at no cost and set me up with a remote-monitored, auto-testing home alarm system for a monthly fee of less than $25. I don't think I adequately expressed my appreciation to him for his help last night (hugging a stranger just didn't seem appropriate), so this review is my public "thank you". I would highly recommend you call this company if you find yourself in need; urgent or otherwise!

We just moved and were looking for a home alarm system. We already inquired from different companies and almost signed up with one of them when we chanced upon SG3. George came and patiently explained the system. That same day we agreed to get their services. During the day of installation, George discovered there were also faulty wirings in our home. He made the extra effort and called the electrician to clarify things. He was sincerely concerned with the safety of the people living in the house. We couldn't ask for more.

We never used the existing security alarm that was in our house. When someone tried to get into our backyard, we decided that perhaps it was time to learn how to use it. Not knowing what we were dealing with, we called SG3 to bring us up to speed. George was friendly and went over what our system could do. In the end, we decided to upgrade and went for a user friendly touch pad panel. Very simple and easy to use. Just like SG3. Over the next couple weeks we experienced a minor problem with one of the old sensors. George promptly came out and corrected the problem. We couldn't be more satisfied. SG3 have come across as friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Just what we wanted.

I did my homework and shopped around and by far SG3 are the BEST in terms Value and Service. George came by and answered all my question and proposed a solution that fits my needs with recommendations that saved me a lot of bucks. On top of I had a faulty wire and he was knowledgeable to find a work around in a timely fashion (he had to come back on a Sunday. Of course I have to mention his courteous manners. Thank you George and SG3. I highly recommend them for Family and Friends.

I spent several months considering different alarm companies. From the moment I first spoke with George I knew this was the right company for our home. Courteious and prompt customer service, little to no waiting time. George really took the time to explain the products thoroughly and advised us quickly on the right solution for our home. Once we decided to proceed with SG3 the work was done quickly and George made the experience so pleasant. We are now looking at additonal hi-tech add on products for our house now as we are very happy with the ease of use of our new alarm system. Thank you George!

George was very quick to respond to my jnitial email request and emailed me back at 11pm that night and was able to come over the very next day to check out our system. The day of take over took longer than expected as our system was an older version but he was very kind, always explained what he was doing etc. great customer service!!! I have recommended SG3 to a friend and got extra business cards. Pa love the remote access to the alarm via iPhone!!!
