Garage Door Geeks responded in a timely manner to our service request. They did not charge for the first visit, as we were searching for the key for the emergency lock. On the second visit, we discovered the lock had not been installed properly. So the service man replaced it and showed us the reason for the original problem, which was then corrected.
Overall we were very happy with the outcome.
