Bryce was on time, patient, very good at explaining things (especially to us newbies with it being our first time buying). Bryce was very knowledgable and thorough. A foundational problem was discovered leading to us backing out of our offer... the next offer we put in we will be calling up Bryce again without hesitation!! Highly recommend :)
