Took two guys. Very polite and made every effort to please, but the price was outrageous.

Daniel and his colleague (whose name I cannot remember) did a great job and cleaned the place after the work was done.

Reached out to Preferred Plumbing about moving my water meter for easy access and a received a immediate response. Raphie explained my initial options and pricing over the phone. He arrived the next day on time as promised and explained the work involved. The price was a bit higher than I expected but I went ahead with the work. I'm happy to say the work was completed professionally to beyond my expectations. They did not leave until I was fully satisfied with the work. Once completed they made sure i was again completely satisfied and at that point they made sure the area was fully cleaned of any debris.

They came on time. Daniel and another person whose name I think is Rory.
Very professional and gave us options to solve the problem from a short term to long term perspective.
Explained the payment terms etc and everything was done in the promised time.

The pipe in from the the city was leaking and needed repair. The come on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call them in for future needs.

Repaired a renovation gone terribly wrong with shower leaking into my kitchen! Removed all plumbing and reinstalled shower and steam unit - this was 2 years ago and has been perfect! Recently repaired toilet and had to reinstall (still from awful Reno) - all good!

The initial-inquiry phone contact was knowledgeable and professional. Booking an appointment was easy.
The plumber on scene was friendly, clean, well-organized.
He diagnosed the plumbing problem quickly and correctly. The repair estimate was accurate.
In addition to fixing the leak I reported, the plumber corrected a builder's pipe error done during construction.
Now, the kitchen sink empties properly.

Ron and Daniel were very professional and provided an honest analysis and possible solutions to the issue we had with our mixing valve. They were perhaps a bit on the expensive side but gave us a longer term, more reasonable option to get rid of the valve completely. Overall, they got the repair done quickly, giving us peace of mind.

Had a leak in a pipe below that bathtub. The guys showed up ontime and where able to locate the leak and fix it right away. They were polite, courteous and took care of making sure the area was clean and no mess was left.

They do very good job but just a little bit overprice on their work. If they can lower the price a little bit, I will like to have more projects for them.
