It’s been just over a month since our bathrooms were completed and we love them. They are everything we hoped them to be! It’s so great to actually have ALL our bathrooms functioning again while looking more up to date! Our son loves the bathroom in the basement, which he likens to the Grand Suite bathrooms we've experienced while on a cruise ship. My wife and I love that we can now use the EnSuite tub (for the first time since we bought the home almost 20 years ago) and the jet tub is wonderful. We asked for a very silent fan for the upstairs bathrooms and Jay said he had a solution, and he did.. they are so quiet which is important when relaxing in the jet tub! The transformation of the main bathroom was the largest… the removal of the wall that blocked almost all light to the tub, the glass shower enclosure, and the new pot lights have turned what was once a dark and confined space into one that is bright and feels wide open. We won’t have to worry what guests think now!
Over the 7 weeks it took to complete all 4 rooms we were able to talk to and get to know many of the guys and we thank all for a great job. They not only took care of our home during the reno, they also took care of my wife and I who work from home. We never felt “put out” or inconvenienced by all the activity, and I loved that all were interactive with us checking with us on the plans to ensure we ware happy with how things were going. Rory was extremely diligent in answering and addressing our concerns… it really made us feel confident in the work being done. It was a great experience during the reno and now that everything is done we are continuing to enjoy the hard work!

We did a full basement renovation with M&M Construction and it turned out better than we had dreamed! Mike was amazing in helping us through the process of our design and product choices. From start to finish he was there. The crew did outstanding work, keeping our space clean and functioning while the renovation was in progress, they all are exceptional tradesmen and very professional. I recommend M&M Construction to everyone looking for renovation work be done! We are thrilled with our new bedroom with en-suite, spare bedroom, laundry, and family rec space!!

We did a total reno of our ensuite and partial of our main bathroom using M&M. From start to finish they were professional, timely and delivered beyond our expectations. We are so pleased with the workmanship and the final product!

M&M Construction is a first rate construction company. Mike the owner, was vey friendly and knowledgeable about his company and the work they can do. They completed everything exceptionally well, with care and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly!

I found this company through home depot originally for just a kitchen reno. After meeting with Mike I decided to do my bathroom reno too and a few other projects in my house. He and his crew were excellent; they could be relied upon to make critical decisions if I was unsure and I was very pleased with the outcome. I do not suggest contacting through home depot whom I found to be disorganized and difficult to deal with. I would, however, highly recommend M and M construction.
