My wife and I recently had the pleasure of meeting Michael during our pre-purchase home inspection. We found his credentials online very impressive as well as his status as being “Baeumler Approved". We required his services on fairly short noticed however our wishes were accommodated with ease. Michael was extremely thorough…never once did we feel the inspection was rushed which was understandably very important to us. Every nook and cranny was looked into which is obviously exactly what we wanted! Things we had never even considered were brought to our attention. Michael answered every one of our questions willingly as we followed him around the home and even provided us with useful tips and tidbits of knowledge as the inspection progressed. His genuine personality and friendliness made the entire experience much more comforting. We truly felt we could trust his expertise and suggestions (especially considering his over 25 years of experience). We had a home inspection performed by Mike on Feb 9th 2015 on the new townhouse. Mike was very professional and diligent in examining the property. He found some issues and flaws in the structure that we would never be able to identify ourselves. Gave a very detailed report with pictures, explanations and instructions. The builder will now fix all the issues under warranty. We definitely saved thousands of dollars in the long run by having a home inspection done. We are very satisfied with the services performed and would strongly recommend 4Sight Inspections Inc. to anyone.

We needed a home inspection as a condition of purchasing a home that was 30 years old. I checked on line and found the 4sight web site. I was impressed by Michael Mischke’s credentials, his efforts to keep up to date and the quality of his blogs and advice. His availability to respond to questions subsequent to the inspection was also appealing.
When we met Michael at the precise time agreed to, we encountered someone who was not only professional and thorough but also a very nice person with a good sense of humour. He walked us through the house pointing out all the positive elements as well as things that needed attention.
His explanations were easy to follow and he indicated the options we could follow to remedy each of the problems. We actually enjoyed the 3.5 hours we spent with him doing something that we initially thought was a necessity but not very interesting. It was an education.
The report was comprehensive but a little repetitive.
We would recommend Michael highly to anyone needing a thoroughly professional home inspection.

Mike showed up early at the house in St. Catharines, which we had put a conditional offer on. As my wife and I followed Mike around the house he explained what he was looking at, what was normal wear, what was minor but should be repaired (ie window caulking), what should be repaired ASAP and estimated what it would cost (ie 7 basement wall cracks). His thermal image camera showed me that the house was well insulated around the corners and windows. He verified that the skylight was in good condition with no hidden leaks. He did a complete job of checking out the entire attic including the hard to reach side where the skylight was. A nice touch that my wife liked was that he used a portable vacuum cleaner to clean up the insulation pieces that had fallen from the attic entry hole into the walk-in closet.

Micheal did a vary good job and so appreciate for his excellent service. He checked even every corner about the house, and also gave clear comments for future repairment. He arrived on time and provide the report in the same day and so in details.

Michael provided a home inspection on a prospective house for us. We were unable to meet him in person but our realtor, who was there, texted me after the fact and had said he was very thorough and was on site for over two hours. Michael sent us a very detailed report of the inspection on the same day with photos and diagrams of the different areas of the house outlining its issues, potential risks and recommendations. The seller had their own inspection report which was very brief and glossed over several issues. Michael's report gave us a clearer picture of what we were in for. We would definitely use 4Sight Inspections in the future and recommend Michael to our friends.

Michael did a great job inspecting a house I had recently purchased. His thorough work and insight gave me peace of mind, given the age of the property.
