Very happy with my home inspection experience with Chris. He was quick to respond to my request, gave clear summary of inspection provided and the quote. He was very thorough and took time to answer any questions I had while inspection was taking place. The final report was very detailed and summary advice provide was fantastic. The only negative thing I have to say (not about Chris or the inspection) is that it has been extremely difficult to get this review posted, it keeps getting rejected which is really annoying and making me not want to leave a review on this site. => follow up: Homestars did finally call back and explain the situation and validated this review; so I’ll give them credit for fixing it in a timely manner. Called a day before, able to get an appointment the next day right away. Chris arrived promptly and on time for the appointment. He spent a few hours going through the entire house and being extremely thorough, He explained his findings with us and answered all our questions very patiently and professionally .

Had a full inspection done by Michael for a new house purchase. Appointments were readily available and easy/convenient to book - Michael arrived promptly and on time for the appointment. Gave Mike a call after reading the reviews and arranged for an inspection shortly. As described, he was very thorough and helpful with questions and suggestions. His pricing included the infra-red scan for moisture which some of the other inspectors did not include in their basic package. The report that came at the end of the day included pictures and brief descriptions and some diagrams for illustrations - this was helpful when shopping around for renovations etc. Although no issues were found, it gave us a piece of mind and was an educational experience!
