Rick, the home inspector, was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. As a first time new home buyer, I had many questions and Rick was very patient with me and answered any and all questions. It was a very cold morning, but he did not rush the exterior inspection. The report, including findings and photos, was sent an hour or two following the end of the appointment.
