Very happy with my home inspection experience with Chris. He was quick to respond to my request, gave clear summary of inspection provided and the quote. He was very thorough and took time to answer any questions I had while inspection was taking place. The final report was very detailed and summary advice provide was fantastic. Chris’s knowledge base from past professional experience in multiple fields really showed in his inspection, advice and report. I am grateful he was so willing to share his knowledge. I wish I could spend a night making this review as detailed as his report; but in a nutshell he was great and I would highly recommend him.
The only negative thing I have to say (not about Chris or the inspection) is that it has been extremely difficult to get this review posted, it keeps getting rejected which is really annoying and making me not want to leave a review on this site. => follow up: Homestars did finally call back and explain the situation and validated this review; so I’ll give them credit for fixing it in a timely manner. Thank you to the nice lady on the phone from Homestars who got the ball rolling to get this rectified quickly.
