Michael allowed us to join along during the inspection and he explained what he noticed as he inspected the property and home, he answered all of our questions, and offered us suggestions too. Michael was quite thorough with his inspection. He indicated to us verbally and in a written report all of the items in the home, the age and quality of items, minor damages that may need repairing, and items that needed to be replaced.
