Debra, thank you very much for the review. You have such a wonderful family and I very much enjoyed meeting you, your husband and your daughter while doing the inspection. Taking the time to explain things is necessary so you have a full understanding of all the findings, good or bad. As for the inspection arriving within an hour, luckily, my youngest daughter who is 18 works for me and finalizes all the reports then sends them off.
