I contacted 4Sight Home Inspections to conduct an inspection on a potential new home for my fiancé and I. I was able to book an appointment with a days notice and the inspector arrived on time.
Michael was very personable and his inspection was extremely thorough. He made the information very easy to understand. He identified several hazards which presented potential safety risks as well as a leaky roof that needed replacing. We would have been out thousands of dollars if these things had been overlooked so a huge thank you to Michael for his diligent observations.
We would definitely not hesitate to call 4Sight Home Inspections again if need be, and would highly recommend others to do the same!
