As a homeowner that's looking for both quality and decent price, I was very happy with my dealings with John.
I purchased several items: shower panel, kitchen sink faucet, bathroom sink, bathroom faucet. John was able to source a faucet that he didn't carry from another supplier at a very competitive price.
There was a significant delay in getting the shower panel, but John was very transparent about the delay and even gave me a significant discount because of the delay.
What sets this company apart from other suppliers of the same material is John - he's very transparent and accommodating. These are qualities you don't often find.
