It's been a pleasure working with the Optima team, sales and installation alike. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, committed and reliable. The job was done perfectly, they went beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the job they did. I am very confident to recommend their services to all my friends.

The work was done efficiently. The workmanship is good. The project manager is very accommodating. The place was kept clean. The suggestion for improvement is to use a product that doesn't emit smell for exterior caulking.

Excellent service, everything was done on time, great choice of European style Windows that open 45 degrees, amazing quality, and Chris offered me a one of a kind window to match my door, would definitely recommend.

I am very satisfied of Optima's professional work. The team was on time as set so no moment was waisted during installation - they were done before 4pm - amazing! Very friendly team and answers all my questions while they work - probably I was getting into their way but they took the time to respond with a smile. You know sometimes you ask some stupid questions but they did not let you feel that way. I felt assured that I have the best window replacement and workmanship in the market. Great job!

Optima Home provided very professional services with replacing all my windows, including two sliding doors. I am satisfied with both window's quality and the installation's quality. They cleaned up well after the installation, and took away some of our won garbage too, which is greatly appreciated.

The team worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves very well. The end look is very good, and worked around some issues with our house being an older builder grade house.In total 11 windows were replaced, and a giant front door installed in a single day.Would recommend them to a friend.

Gleb did an amazing job explaining all of the features of the windows and answering all of our questions. Artur and his crew did an fabulous job removing the old windows and installing the new ones. The work was very professional and looks amazing. Everything was cleaned up and the old windows taken away at the end of the day. Fantastic work all around!
