Unistar Appliance Installation

I bought a high end cooktop and after having two other so called installers to my home and $300.00 later, along came Steve and David from Unistar Appliances. They showed up when they said they would and were able to cut the granite and install my new cooktop without creating any mess. Thank you to my salesperson at Caplans -Joseph for his fantastic recommendation. They are certified for all major high end appliance installations and are priced within market. Thank you Unistar !!

I had a great experience with Steve. He installed my Subzero, Wolf and Bosch appliances very last minute just before christmas. He was very careful with my floors and completed the work in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the job done.

Stephen and team installed my Miele appliances (as he stated he was a Miele certified rep) but left my home without leaving any documentation of his certification. After installing my appliances he neglected to leave behind some much needed hardware to complete my fumehood installation (which was covered in the cost). After about 4 phone calls in which I actually spoke to him most of the times... I gave up. Each time he stated he was too busy to return and finish the work. He was also too busy to mail me the document stating that the appliances were installed by a Miele cert rep.
