Contacted greencare after my old furnace stopped working. Made the inquiry on Saturday, by Monday everything was done and working great. Circulation of air with the new furnace made cold zones in the house nonexistent. Highly recommend greencare they provide labour warrantee as well.

They came and finished duct cleaning in less than 1 hour. There's dust all over my house and more blowing around every time I turn on the furnace for heat. I will never use this company again.

I called a few humidifier installers from online postings about a humidifier install pricing in my home. Sam from GreenCare Energy took the time to get my house size specifications, did a free pre-site visit to see the utility room layout, and based on that he gave me his recommendation about the model that I should get installed in my house. The model that he recommended is a fan powered model and he recommended it due to the fact that my house is large (4000 sq. ft.) and only the fan powered model will actually make any difference.

He arrived promptly on the install day. The installation was done on time. He explained everything in detail and went over the operation of the unit. He answered all my questions patiently. He left the job site clean.

I highly recommend him for any HVAC work.

Hired these guys to do an Air duct cleaning in my home. Saw their ad online. Called in, spoke to someone named Mike, very professional and courteous on the phone. They quoted me for $250. I shopped around prior to phoning them, by far their price didn't compete with anyone else I called. My home is 4500+ square feet. The cheapest quote I got compared to there's was 399$ for the same package they gave me but instead quoted me for 250$. They mentioned they have a special promotion so I figured I'd try them out. Gentlemen by the name of Sam came on the scheduled day, with another technician along with him. They took almost 2 hours to complete the duct cleaning which surprised me because the previous company that performed the duct cleaning in my home took under an hour. These guys were young, passionate, and did a great job. They took their time and made sure all of my vents and ducts were cleaned and sanitized. Exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Definite repeat client.

Saw their ad on kijiji. Called them for a quote for a possible Furnace and Air conditioner upgrade since my equipment is over 15 years old. Gentlemen named Mike answered the phone. Very professional over the phone. Mike quoted me at $5300 for a new American Standard high-efficiency furnace and AC unit. Told Mike I would call back after doing some shopping around. Called a few companies, all of them asked for $6500 and up, and surprisingly none of them offered American Standard. Which was the brand i was looking for. Did a lot of research and found American Standard to be the most reliable units according to customer feedback. Called Mike back, setup an install date. 2 technicians came. They were on time which is how I like business conducted. The job took them 2 days to complete. I was very impressed with the workmanship and level of quality. They didn't leave a mess at all, cleaned up everything upon completion of the install. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service considering their price was that low. Would definitely these guys. Believe one of the technicians name was Sam, can't remember the other technicians name. They also told me they offered Duct cleaning which they recommended I complete prior to turning on my new AC\furnace, which made perfect sense to me since I haven't had duct cleaning done for over 5 years. they charged me $150 extra for the duct cleaning which i didn't have a problem with.

Saw GreenCare"s ad on Kijiji, called in for a quote for a new high-efficiency furnace and AC. My equipment was over 15 years old. There price appealed to me at $5200 for everything, so I figured i"d give them a try. Guy name Sam came on the scheduled day with another technician. They finished the job in 2 days. Overall, the job was done great, there workmanship was impressive. Really nice guys, I had no issues at all. I was really happy about the price and quality of service. Would definitely recommend them. Even Booked a duct cleaning appointment with them for next summer.

Horrible experience ever!! The company advertised that Genaire 1042 was for $249 at Kijiji and $300 for installed. On the scheduled date, a tech brought the cheaper unit Genaire 570 ($199) and still asked for $300. The entire humidifier installation took for over 4hrs and the tech had to come back for water leak and couldn't fix the issue on the same day. The tech promised to follow up the issue and would come back on the next business day. My laundry room around the furnace is so messed up and all stuff behind the water tank got water damaged. Now the tech never answers the phone and I had to hire another to fix that issue. I am going to check their TSSA license and file a consumer complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Services. PLEASE AVOID!!

##Update##
2 techs came over and took care of my problem. They were very honest to tell that was an issue with a reversed wiring, which was understandable, and fixed the problem at free of charge. Especially, they spent extra time to make sure everything is fully functional and everything is finally back to normal operation.
