Leduc Plumbing & Heating

I called Leduc gas and Plumbing beginning of November 2023, and it took them 3 weeks to respond and come out to fix a leaking indoor exhaust garage pipe for my garage heater. Did and band aid fix that didnt work and charged me $280 parts travel and labour. The part was a small piece of foil tape and a small screen on outside of exhaust. This didnt work so they came back out 2 weeks later and determined that I would need a new indoor exhaust pipe as mine had some rust holes in it. They said they would order the part. This was at beginning of December. After the holidays and in the New Year I called and they said the part was not in yet. I called one other time and still not in. They said they would call me when It gets in . It is Feb. 1 and I have not had any call. This is the worse service I have every received. The person that always took my calls was dismissive of my concerns of long time wait. I would not ever recommend this company to hire or deal with.

A shower on the second floor leaked down to the main floor. We thought it was a pipe or bathtub drain seal, but Simon quickly determined that it was a small crack in the acrylic tub that had been poorly fixed prior to us buying the house. He also noted that the spout and tap fixtures were not siliconed and the overflow valve was on upside down. He thoroughly checked the tap cartridge, found poor gaskets in the hand held shower head, fixed the overflow valve and siliconed everything that needed to be done. Simon was very knowledgeable, thorough and clearly explained what he was doing. An added bonus was that he was super personable! I have made sure to add his name to my address book so I know who to request next time!

These guys are great at what they do, we normally have to bring them in at least 2 times a year to do maintenance and repairs on our system and they have always done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable company that can get the job done right the first time.

Rob from LPH was excellent to deal with, knows his stuff and his quote offered 3 good options for our home. The installation staff was great. They showed up on time, removed my old equipment and did a nice job of setting up the 2 new furnaces and the A/C unit. Rob checked in with me during the process as well as checked on the workers. They were in and out in the two days quoted and cleaned up nicely. The furnaces and A/C seem to work great - would highly recommend LPH to anyone looking for a furnace.

We bought our house in August 2012, and everything was going good. Then, just as the cold weather hit, we discovered our furnance had stopped working. We called these guys and they came out within a couple of days to take a look at it. Unfortunately, it was pretty busted since it was the original furnace, but they were able to do a little fix on it to get us through until they could come out and replace the furnace. A couple months later, the hot water tank went. Huge leak across the floor... We gave them a call and they came out that same day to replace it. I liked the service, they were very prompt.

Very professional from the time we contacted them to the time the job was finished.

Our old furnace died just before the cold spell and we decided to replace it rather than repair it; however, they were unable to do the complete replacement for 2 weeks so they sent a repairmen out free of charge before hand to get the old furnace working until they were able to replace it.

The replacement took them the full day but there were some complications, they finished it within a reasonable amount of time and the agreed upon price never changed even though it took longer.

LAST WINTER- SPRING OUR FURNACE STARTED MAKING SOME BANGING NOISES, AT THE TIME WE HAD THE HOUSE RENTED OUT , BECAUSE WE WERE LIVING IN PANAMA.THE SERVICE GUY CAME OUT THE FIRST TIME AND LOOKED AT THE FURNACE, CLEANED SOME STUFF THEN SAID HE WOULD BE BACK WITH A PART THAT HE NEEDED , WE WAITED TWO WEEKS HE NEVER CAME BACK, WE THEN PHONED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID THEY LOST THE CALL SHEET AND COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, WHEN WE CAME BACK IN JUNE WE PHONED THEM AGAIN , A SERVICE GUY CAME OUT CLEANED UP SOME STUFF AND ITS BEEN WORKING FINE, IMAGINE THAT NO PART NEEDED....MMM THE COST OF CLEAN WAS REASONABLE SO MAYBE IT WAS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT

We had water all over the floor in the basement we were sure we needed a hot water tank, when the guy arrived he took one look and was able to see there was a crack in the draining tap at the bottom he popped a new one and and we were good to go. We were totally prepared to buy a new tank and he knew it. It was nice to not be taken advantage of, we have recommended them to many friends
