Lbp Heating & Air Conditioning

My wife tried several companies to go to a rental property we have in Alton ont. as our tenants furnace was not functioning, only Nandra from LBP Heating was willing to help us and within a couple hours Leroy (super nice Honest guy) changed the thermostat and OK ed all else good working order.
These are the only one we call from now on.

Hi there! I found LBP contact here on Homestars. Called, spoke with Nandre and made an appointment. Leroy came, cleaned the fireplace and did necessary maintenance. He's very nice, and professional.

Leroy and team were very professional and came over within couple of hours to resolve the issue I had with my furnace. He attended to the furnace and then explained the issue with the furnace. He was able to address it quickly. Thank you!!!

The furnace was not working properly. I called LBP and the technician came next day. Leroy immediately started diagnostics and pinpointed the issue. The damaged part was ordered, and the furnace fixed and cleaned during the same day. Leroy was very professional and knowledgeable He explained everything to me.

love this guy.....one of the most honest person in the business. I called Another company to inspect my furnace to give me a quote. They told me the problem yes, but in the end someone came over again to tell me my options. The guy told me i need to replace my furnace and my A/C because the A/C is whats causing the problem. I couldn't believe the price that the other company was giving me. So i Called Leroy and he came and told me whats wrong and it can be fixed. Didn't have to get a new A/C or Furnace and his price was great. I will always call upon him, because i know for sure i will be able to sleep good at night not worrying about where am gonna find 9'000 dollars to fix mt furnace and A/C. in the end he only replace my air ex-changer in the furnace. had a crack in it.

I got LBP as a referral from a friend and he came and inspect the furnace and told me that I needed to get this replaced. He give me a fair price and we set a time and day to have this done. He came on day as agreed and install the new furnace. I had no problem he made sure that it was working before he left. I found this a very professional and refreshing to be able to have someone who is honest. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Leroy was prompt, efficient, showed me how to program my new thermostat and I would highly recommend him. I was nervous about programming the thermostat and he was very patient in teaching me what to do.

I got to know Leroy in Jul 2016 when he came in to repair and clean the two way Gas Fireplace that had not been cleaned I guess 10 years. Based on his work ethics and professionalism and his friendly attitude, felt I could trust him.

Subsequently, we replaced the Furnace & AC in our House that was nearly 25 years old. Leroy gave us a very competitive quotation and provided very straight forward simple facts unlike the competition use buzz words and bad mouthing other brands. He along with his assistance was punctual did great professional Job and came back immediately when I pointed out a minor issue. Have no hesitation recommending them to my family or friends.

My A.C. blew up and was beyond repair. I needed a new system. LBP gave me more than fare pricing and same day installation! I definately feel like I got a great deal, and after seeing other prices out there I know I did!
