I've been dealing with Jay, who is very personable and accommodating, for several years. I recently asked him if he could fix a portion of my backyard fence and he told me it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. His crew showed up on Monday and completely removed all the damaged fencing. The next day when I got back from work, a new fence was installed and completely finished.
