From day one Jay was extremely knowledgeable and realistic giving me guidance on what I wanted done. He was very reasonable and accommodating to various things that happened throughout the project. I trusted him and his teams ability to complete the job while we were out of town. It was wonderful to come back and see exactly what we have envisioned. He even went above and beyond to move extra material we were not expecting to have, at no additional cost. We look forward to recommending jay and his team to friends and family.
