In 2020, we engaged Jay and Zac to transform our entire backyard, encompassing the construction of a fence, deck, and balcony. Given that our house features a walkout basement, we opted to waterproof the deck and balcony floors to ensure that we could enjoy the space even during rainy weather.
Although some water leakage occurred in a few sections of the balcony area, Jay and Zac promptly addressed the issue, despite more than a year having passed since the completion of the project. Their unwavering dedication to fulfilling and honoring their five-year warranty is remarkable.
It is indeed rare and remarkable to come across a contractor who consistently upholds their word and is deeply committed to delivering top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.
