TWELVE POINT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL,THEY ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTION, THE COMPANY WAS ON TIME AND THE WORKER WERE FROFESSIONAL ABOUT MY HOUSE THEY LIVE THE WAY THAT THEY SAY IT WHEN THEY CAME. Robert and Brown were very professional and friendly. While conducting an assessment, they were able to explain why specific services were being recommended. We felt that we were 'valued customers', receiving quality services for a reasonable price. They were able to complete our entire home in a timely manner. Overall Experience I would rate a 10. Intial contact via phone was very professional and polite. I was told that the service was going to be on such date at such time and usually you would wait around for a company giving them a window of time, to my surprise they came 5 minutes before they were scheduled. Brown was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and even gave me a couple tips. The professionalism was top notch. I could not ask for a better service and it was affordable. I recommended the service to my family.

I had my air ducts cleaned on December 6th. The workers reported to my house on time. Both Alington and Brown were very helpful giving me pointers on how to maintain my air ducts. They suggested several tips to me. I was very impressed with the service. They cleaned all my vents that were covered with dust. My house was very clean when they left.

Robert, Brown and Lorenzo, arrived on time. Robert looked over the job and explained that the ducts were very dirty but they had the right tools to clean them thoroughly. The job took them 2 hours and the three of them worked steadily at different ducts. They cleaned each duct by sending an air operated whip that dislodged dirt and a vacuum that drew dirt out to their truck.They were happy to show me the before and after results of their work. I believe that they take a pride in their workmanship. Our ducts are clean and their price was very reasonable. On a final note in order to do this work it is necessary to cut access holes in the ductwork.. These holes were resealed with metal patches that were well sealed with caulking. Thanks Rod.

I had my Ducts cleaned by Robert and Leronzo and I have nothing but good things to say about this team. They were cautious of being in someones home and covered all precautionary measures to ensure the home was as well kept when they left the home as they found it. Robert and his team of Installers were pros and did brilliant work in fitting the ducts and running the lines; not to mention all my questions were answered as completely as can be; without the runaround most people give. Priced at $300.00 Dollars for the work they did for my space, was fair and more than reasonable. Robert is highly recommend to anyone that needs duct cleaning or air filtration products.Twelve Points Air duct cleaning well done.

Twelve Points was more that I expected. they were wonderful. I had heard horror stories from friends who had their ducts cleaned. they did all the work in a professional manner, showed up early, and the price was very reasonable. They were pleasant had excellent customer service; very friendly. They certainly set the bar high. I will be calling them back the next time round.
