Robert, Brown and Lorenzo, arrived on time. Robert looked over the job and explained that the ducts were very dirty but they had the right tools to clean them thoroughly. The job took them 2 hours and the three of them worked steadily at different ducts. They cleaned each duct by sending an air operated whip that dislodged dirt and a vacuum that drew dirt out to their truck.They were happy to show me the before and after results of their work. I believe that they take a pride in their workmanship. Our ducts are clean and their price was very reasonable. On a final note in order to do this work it is necessary to cut access holes in the ductwork.. These holes were resealed with metal patches that were well sealed with caulking. Thanks Rod.

Steve responded the same day I called. He assessed the tree damage and explained how weight could be removed by taking away three large,approximately 40cm in diameter limbs. these limbs hung out over both my house and a nieghbours. He also suggested that a reinforcing cable be placed connecting the two ,remaining limbs. This would help to reduce stress. That evening an estimate was e- mailed to me that was much less than the other estimate. We arranged a date for the work. He arrived at that date on time. He seemed to always work with safety in mind. His assistants wore hard hats safety boots and ear protection throughout the day. His team lowered all limbs with care between the houses. Finally, even my neighbour was impressed with his clean-up and the final price was the same as his estimate.
