Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning

Duct Cleaning guys were very friendly. Rupert and Brown was on time and explain in detail their duct cleaning process. They were very thorough. I have had my duct cleaning done twice before but I have not had the same experience as these guys gave. The house was clean and even the airflow/heatflow was much better after they were complete. They showed me the work they did after and I could see the difference right away. A+ service and I would recommend them to everyone

We received Robert's info from our builder. When we contacted him, he was able to fit us very quickly into his schedule. He was very accommodating with our tight schedule. The job he did was superb!! He explained everything before he began. He worked quickly, yet efficiently. We were very pleased his mannerism and pleasantness. Robert even recommended to us to buy a lifetime air filter for our furnace that will save us money in the long run and give us cleaner air in our house, while at the same time helping the environment. That is a win-win-win situation for us! We definitely will use Robert's services again and will recommend him to our family, friends and even strangers. A great price for a great thorough service! Rupert and Brown did a terrific job by thoroughly cleaning my furnace and duct system including air conditioner. They cleaned all vents, furnace, air conditioner (A/C) and dryer vent and exhaust. Rupert and Brown offered an exceptional service! Brown even cleaned our fire place and reminded us on something that'll help us on the winter; although this is not part of his job. Rupert and Romario did an excellent job on our duct, dryer, vents, a/c, furnace cleaning. They arrived on time and even though the weather was bad kept their appointment and showed up on time. The we breathe in our home is now so much fresher thanks to Rupert and Romario.

Wow- I called Twelve Points 2 days ago.. Rupert just left today- Saturday- with all Ducts, Furnace, A/C, Dryers, balancing done. Most companies take the weekend off or book you weeks later.. and when they do come charge you for every little thing! But Twelve Points is old fashioned service- Rupert knows about customer service, and doing the job beyond what you would expect - he explains and shows you everything he is about to do so you are never left wondering if the job was done right. Our system was so dirty but now the heat blows out twice as much so heating/AC bills will be less!
Don't waste your time looking anywhere else for duct/furnace cleaners! Rupert will take care of you- We wouldn't trust anyone else.. Thanks again!
