Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning

Twelve Points Air was referred to us and we are very happy we chose them. Rupert and Brown were very professional, friendly and did a great job with cleaning the ducts system along with our dryer and bathroom exhausts. We can breath fresh air now. We will definitely use their services again.

I had a friendly crew of guys named Robert and Brown come and make my house feel and breathe fresh air again! I rent my home, so I am unsure of the cost, because my property mgmt receives the bill. However this is an 11 yr.old home, and being the only tenant, I know of 11 yrs of buildup! The crew thoroughly cleaned all ducts and vents and my furnace. As a special note, they took extra care to make sure my cats were safe and secure during the cleaning. Very satisfied with the service. Would recommend to all my friends!!

To my surprise Rupert was able to come same day in the evening . I called on such short notice and he was able to accommodate . They were efficient, friendly and knowledgable. have been very skeptical about all these duct cleaning companies because of past work, but our house was way over due, after a great recommendation to 12 points, we made the call, they were prompt and very professional, Rupert and Brown went up and beyond what I expected on servicing our needs, what a huge difference we have found in just a few days with the air quality in the house now, as well just when I thought our dryer was going on the fritz, the cleaning job they did on it was amazing and now it functions just fine, could have been a fire waiting to happen, thanks guys for the great work!!

I met Rupert and Brown this morning. Extremely impressed with their work and knowledge. They even cleaned up the debris that came out of the duct work. I had a client come to my home after they left and she has asked that I contact them for an estimate.
I highly recommend these two professional men. On top of that they are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the furnace filter not staying into place. They informed us how to have the problem corrected and did a temporary fix until we have it looked at. In addition to the furnace, coil, ect. being cleaned all vents were cleaned as well as the dryer in the laundry room.
I will be having them back later on this year as more renovations are being done. Excellent Work!
The fee of $300.00 covered the cleaning of the complete Furnace and all Ducts.
