I called and got a great appointment time that was perfect for my schedule. I was scheduled between 11 am -1 pm today, the technician called me by 10:30 am so say that he was 15 minutes away. They were on time and very polite. He explained the process, and the price was very fair. We plan to redo our kitchen this summer, I will definitely call them back to clean the ducts after the reno.
