I had Twelve Points in my home today and am totally satisfied with the service. Rupert and Brown were prompt, and efficiently cleaned my air ducts, furnace and fan. Showed me before and after pictures and were happy to point out how they did things differently from other companies. Told me about my options moving forward but no hard sells! Great service, will definitely have them back.
