Wayne is outstanding at trouble shooting and coming up with sensible solutions. Greatly appreciate his ability to explain information on my non tech level. If I could do it over, I'd skip the big box store and deal with HomeSmartz for all Audio/Visual needs. Surprisingly, the high service level came at a fair price. Excellent overall experience.
