Beware! Russ brags about having 30 years experience but he doesn’t do the work. His sons come in, botch the work, stain your carpet, and never completed the work. Once they get your third deposit (after being 2 months past the finish date and work still not completed), that’s when they leave you with the mess they made and don’t come back. I’ve been 6 months without my shower and now having to pay more for the repairs! My new contractor is in disbelief of what they did….

Terrible sloppy work took twice as long to only finish Half the job and it has to be all ripped out. From water pooling on the shower and not draining to cutting power from other parts of the house to use that power line. He brings in ripped out material from other job sites to do patch and paste. Crooked walls and excessive messy muddling, cement in tiles mixed with excessive grout. Slanted door frame. Cut kitchen sink pipe so water leaked out on floor that we were unaware of. Talks a big game with "30 years experience and not my first rodeo" Wants two deposits before he starts job for 2/3 paid up front making it very easy for him to walk away and not fix anything. Had a female contractor confront him on his dodgie work and he replied I don't have to tell you anything. Save yourself the money and headache. RUN!!!!

I hired Russ in the Spring of 2019 to install a wooden France at our home. Because I’m an investor, I primarily communicated with him on the phone or email. He was responsive to my calls and honest. He kept his word with timelines, and ultimately delivered a beatuiful fence.

I couldn't be more satisfied with Russ and his crew, they did an amazing job, I must assume the soil was hard to work with, lot of roots, but they were amazing! Prices are great! I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

BEWARE !!! In my case the story is not so good. Not only that Russ was late (he postponed me a couple of times for various reasons so I have to take two extra days off from work) but it took him almost twice as long to do the job. His team was pretty slow, they took their time and made a mess that they have not cleaned up. I had to hire another guy for $1000 to finish up the job. I WOULD NEVER GET THESE GUYS AGAIN for any job !

I hired Russ to build a fence at our house in Whitby. The price was the lowest of the quotes that I had received, and the workmanship was excellent. Russ and his crew were personable and easy to work with. The ground at our place was pretty hard with clay and rocks making it a bigger job than anticipated. Though it took longer, Russ stuck to his original quote. The final product looks great, and we are very satisfied.
