We had a bunch of small issues with the exterior of our house, including painting the 2nd and 3rd floor siding, repairing, soffit and fascia, and a small roofing job. Manos' work more than met expectations. He was a pleasure to work with. Very punctual, which is unusual for most tradespeople, and called every day to let us know his schedule. The jobs were completed on time and at the price he estimated. Manos takes pride in his work and it shows. In addition, he pointed out (with pictures) that front of our roof needed re-shingling. This information was provided for our information and in no sense did it feel like up-selling. We have already recommended him to several people on the street as well as friends and family.
