Cedar Springs De Cks Fences

We met Cedar Springs at a home show. He had a really nice booth and was personable. Sal and his crew built us a beautiful pergola for our backyard. It has a lot of detail to it, and we are very pleased. We cant wait for the summer to come so we can enjoy eating underneath it. We'll recommend Sal & Cedar Springs Decks and Fences to anyone.

Sal was very prompt to return our phone call, he and his crew were on time and handled themselves professionally. We were impressed with how quickly and straight the fence was installed. There were some issues with the location of the sprinkler lines being too close to the fence, but Sal did not install them and gave us the number of someone who could move them for us. My husband and I would recommend his company to anyone.

They did decent work, but the finishing touches were missing and after a year still haven't been resolved to my satisfaction. They didn't put a cap on the gate post, nor caps to cover the hardware holding the gate to the wall. Then, the post holding the gate fell off. It took two months to get him to come put the gate post back up. Then, the cap for the post was still missing. He did put the caps over the mounting hardware. This job was one of those vinyl fences, so the cap would keep the water from pooling at the bottom of the post, and keep the wood used to secure it to the house in good shape. His price was competitive. My neighbour, who's half of the fence I paid for had their job done by him properly in the first instance, so he does have the ability. I wouldn't use him as he cannot follow through with a complete job. I have left him emails, spoken to him personally and left notes on his vehicles, but he still refuses to finish my job. Stay away from this company!
