The job turned out to be bigger than they expected, but they called me to give them the go-ahead, and then during the cleaning to discuss any details and discuss and resolve any issues. They worked through the day until the job was finished. The before and after pictures are dramatic, and the place is in better shape than it was when we moved in. I'm totally satisfied with the crew, their work ethic, and the results. Nova Home Cleaners are total professionals.
