I came home to a freezing house and after checking the fuses and furnace knew there was a big problem. I called a few places but nobody was able to come until the next day, until I called AFG. Rafi let me know he could be there within 2 hours and would call when he was on his way. Within about 20 minutes he had called back to let me know he would be there in 20 minutes.
Rafi arrived and looked over everything in detail, realizing that the motor was dead. He explained how it was supposed to operate and what the problem was. Since the parts place was closed for the night, he said he would call me the next day to see if it was available.
The part wasn't available until the next day following, and Rafi showed up when he said and got everything working and the house heating up in no time. We also had a pump overflow due to a problem with a valve, which Rafi will be replacing for us soon.
I did have to follow up with Rafi over the phone a couple of times as he was quite busy with "no heat" calls during that time. That was fine though, as he was always prompt and professional.
I would definitely call AFG again in the future.
