I lost my keys in lake ontario and desperately needed access to my bicycle. I called Locksmith pros to schedule a time to meet. The gentleman who came was late due to the fact that it was a very busy day, but he was courteous and professional. He tried his best to not damage my lock and was very prompt.

After our garage was victim to a break in over the weekend, I called Locksmith Pros early Monday only to have a consultant, Denny, come by 4 hrs later. After a quick security assessment, we had a new deadbolt installed and extra security added to our door. The service was informative, friendly and fast! I could not ask for anything more! I would easily recommend this company to friends and family. Thanks.

What a great experience! My appointment was booked on a Sunday aroudn MY busy schedule (not theirs!) and the person on the phone was so kind and pleasnat to deal with. The technician arrived on time, with a smile! He was very friendly, and educated us on everything we needed to know to make an informed decision. A+++++ experience, keep up the great work!

Timely, professional service and good quality locks. Different finishes and choices available too. Would definitely recommend to others. Also used them previously for door locks and was extremely pleased with service. Appreciate that they are willing to come back if mechanism not working smoothly.

Needed my condo lock re-keyed, and an appointment was made that was suitable to my schedule, and despite playing phone tag with dispatch, they kept following up and made it happen and the locksmith showed up earlier than scheduled, informed me of the options and completed the work quickly.
