I received wonderful service for a very difficult problem. My door handle was not standard (very old) and the locksmith put together a custom latch to reach the edge of the door. A very well done job! Thanks!

When you have an issue with a retail location, and not being able to lock the door; it's a real problem. Locksmith Pros went right into action for us. The locksmith was there same day before closing to rekey the locks. Brenda was especially helpful. And I will give them lots more work in the GTA

Dani was very nice and courteous, very professional. Was able to come and check problem same day. They also give a 2 year warranty on all products so that if anything goes wrong they will fix it without charge.

My front door lock couldn't open. I called Locksmith Pros, and they said someone will be over within 20 minutes. Dani came and fixed the lock in no time. He even took time to explain to me what was wrong with it. If I ever need a locksmith again, I'll be sure to use Locksmith Pros again.
