I highly recommend before hiring Brian, to see all his works and try to speak to his previous customers.
I found Brian to come across very nice but when he makes an error he covers it up with out owing it. He rushes for payment before you get a chance to notice his makes in his work. I do not recommend this company, as Brian isn't as honest as he comes across he is.
There's broken communication, not on schedule, no teaching you how the pool works, leaves the job to get other work signed up for himself, and no care to make sure you're happy with his work. He does not work on weekends, takes many vacations after collecting your deposit and not meeting the set time for the pool install, walks away from job's leaving you in debt to complete them on your own. Wants payment in full before fixing his errors that could cost you over $40,000. Be aware of your interaction and write everything on your contract if you have already started the job.
