Geoffrey was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and a great working acumen. Very happy with the entire course of vendor interaction, from phone conversation with the office to Geoffrey's in depth explanation of the work he conducted. Clearly a high level of training, expert knowledge and customer service focus.
