An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Initially, we hired Manny and his crew to interlock our patio, The speed in which this job was completed was surprising. I was not expecting that it would be completed within 3 days. After seeing how fast and efficient he was, and after further consultation my husband and I decided to have Manny do our garden and fence. This will be done next week and I am excited to see the final results. His work looks spectacular thus far and I would definitely recommend I.R Landscaping.
